Allan-Roméo Nyom is a Cameroonian professional footballer born on May 10, 1988, in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Primarily a right-back, Nyom is known for his versatility, effectively playing across different positions in defense and midfield. His career has taken him across several European leagues, notably Spain's La Liga and England's Premier League.
Nyom spent six important seasons at Granada CF, making 220 competitive appearances from 2010 to 2016. He played a key role in helping the club get promoted to La Liga and was a regular starter in Spain's top league for four seasons. His reliable performances at Granada earned him a reputation as one of the dependable defenders in Spanish football during the mid-2010s.
In 2016, Nyom moved to England to join Watford FC in the Premier League. This began his four-year spell in England, during which he also played for West Bromwich Albion.
