Lukas Hradecky (Slovak: Lukáš Hradecký; born 24 November 1989) is a professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Ligue 1 club Monaco and is the captain of the Finland national team. Born in Bratislava, now part of Slovakia, Hradecky moved to Finland when he was one and grew up in Turku, becoming one of Finland's top athletes.
Hradecky started his career with TPS in Finland before moving to Denmark in 2009 at 19 to join Esbjerg fB. In Denmark, he helped Esbjerg win the Danish 1st Division and the Danish Cup in 2013. His success in Denmark drew interest from larger clubs across Europe. In 2018, he moved to Bayer Leverkusen in the German Bundesliga, where he would achieve great success.
The 2023-24 season was the highlight of Hradecky's club career as he captained Bayer Leverkusen to their first Bundesliga title under manager Xabi Alonso.
