He started his professional career with Padova in Serie B in 1991 before moving to Juventus in 1993. He spent 19 seasons with Juventus and became a club legend. Primarily a second striker, Del Piero could play in various attacking positions due to his exceptional technical skills, creativity, and free-kick prowess.

At Juventus, Del Piero won six Serie A titles, the Coppa Italia, four Supercoppa Italiana titles, the UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Super Cup, the UEFA Intertoto Cup, and the Intercontinental Cup. He was club captain for 11 seasons and holds the record for both most goals (290) and appearances (705) for Juventus.
