Biography
Breel Donald Embolo was born on February 14, 1997, in Yaoundé, Cameroon. As a child, he moved with his mother and siblings to France and eventually settled in Switzerland. There, he grew into one of the country's top footballers. This early move influenced both his identity and football career, leading him to play for Switzerland internationally while keeping strong connections to his Cameroonian heritage.
Before Fame
Growing up in Switzerland after his family moved from Cameroon, Embolo joined the youth academy at FC Basel, one of the country's top clubs.
